Terms of Service
These terms cover use of this website and the booking of services with The IV Guy AZ.
By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to them.
Appointments
Appointments are scheduled through our booking platform or by phone. Booking does not create a treatment relationship or guarantee that a service will be provided.
Every service is subject to a health review and, where required, provider approval. A service may be declined at the appointment if it is not appropriate for you, and no service will be provided where our clinical staff are not comfortable proceeding.
Fees
A $50 after hours fee applies to appointments between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
There is no call-out charge and no distance pricing within our stated service area.
Prices published on this website may change. The price confirmed at booking is the one that applies.
Cancellations
Cancelling within two hours of your scheduled appointment carries a $50 fee, as a vehicle and supplies have been dispatched by that point.
Cancellations made earlier than two hours before your appointment carry no charge.
Group and Event Bookings
Group discounts apply at a single address: 10 percent for 4 to 6 IVs, 15 percent for 7 to 10, and 20 percent for 10 or more.
Each person receiving a service completes their own health review and consents individually. An organizer cannot consent on behalf of another adult.
Trailer bookings are quoted individually.
Mobile Visits
You agree to provide accurate address and access information, and a suitable environment, meaning a clean, safe, shaded or indoor space with somewhere to sit or lie down.
Our staff may decline to proceed at a location that is not suitable or safe, and may end a visit at any point for the same reason.
Ages
We treat from age 10 upward. A parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire appointment for anyone under 18 and provides consent.
