Migraine Cocktail IV Across the Phoenix Valley and Surrounding Cities
Delivered to your home, office, hotel, or job site anywhere across the Phoenix metro and West Valley, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our team comes out of fire service and emergency medicine, so whoever arrives has started a great many lines under conditions considerably worse than your living room.
What Is In It
- Lactated ringers
- B complex
- Magnesium
- Provider-approved support add-ons for pain, nausea, inflammation, and allergic symptoms
Magnesium is the centrepiece of this formula. The support add-ons are reviewed against your history and approved by a provider before anything is administered, rather than being included automatically.
Ingredients are listed by name rather than by dose. Formulas get adjusted, and a number sitting on a web page that nobody remembers to update is how somebody ends up quoting last year’s recipe back to the person treating them. Amounts are confirmed at your appointment.

Who Books It
This is for the days when a headache has arrived alongside dehydration, a missed meal, a rough night, or too much sun. In Arizona that combination is common enough to be its own category.
It is not a treatment for migraine as a diagnosed condition. If a doctor manages your migraines, this does not replace anything they have prescribed and we would not suggest it does.
If you get frequent or severe headaches and nobody has looked into why, that investigation matters more than any infusion. New, sudden, or worsening headaches especially belong with a doctor.
And if it is the worst headache of your life, or comes with vision changes, weakness, confusion, or a stiff neck, that is an emergency department. Our team will tell you that rather than book you in, and they have spent their careers making exactly that call.
Why It Runs Slowly and in the Dark
Magnesium at a meaningful dose is uncomfortable if it goes in fast. Warmth up the arm, flushing, sometimes a heavy chest. All harmless, all avoidable by slowing down.
So this drip takes longer than a hydration bag, and whoever is treating you adjusts the rate to how you are doing. Say something the moment warmth builds rather than waiting to see whether it passes.
A dim room helps more than people expect. If light is part of the problem, close the blinds before we arrive rather than after.
That is one of the better arguments for booking this one mobile. Driving with a bad head is unpleasant, and driving home afterward in Phoenix sun is worse.

What the Session Is Like
Longer than a standard drip because of the magnesium rate. Tell whoever arrives if nausea is part of your picture at the start, since the support add-on needs approval and works better before you have been fighting it for twenty minutes.
Whoever is treating you stays for the whole infusion rather than starting it and leaving. If anything feels off at any point, say so and they will stop and assess. No infusion is worth pushing through.
How It Compares
Against hydration at $140, this adds B complex and magnesium at a slower rate. If it is purely a dehydration headache, hydration may be enough for considerably less.
Against Myers Cocktail at $200, Myers includes magnesium in a much broader profile. This one is more targeted at the specific complaint.

Add-Ons
Any drip can be built on. Extra fluids and nutrients including ascorbic acid, B12, glutathione, magnesium, taurine and zinc, plus support add-ons for nausea, pain, inflammation, and allergic symptoms.
The support add-ons require provider approval. Your history gets reviewed first, and if one is not appropriate for you it does not happen. Say what you are dealing with when you book so it is sorted before the appointment rather than at your door.

Where We Come
Twenty-two cities across the Phoenix metro and West Valley, including Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Phoenix, El Mirage, Sun City, Sun City West, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Scottsdale, and Tempe.
Homes, apartments, hotels, short term rentals, offices, gyms, and job sites all work. What a visit needs is somewhere clean to set up and a comfortable place for you to sit with one arm free.
Booking at Any Hour
We run 24 hours, seven days a week. Between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM, call rather than booking online, and a $50 after hours fee applies. During the day, book online or call, whichever is easier.
The overnight hours are a real part of what we do rather than a line on a website. A stomach bug at two in the morning, a crew starting at four, or a wedding party that needs to function by ten are all normal calls here.
When you book, include the full address, the unit or room number, any gate or building code, and where to park. That is the single most common reason a mobile visit runs late and it takes ten seconds to prevent.
Screening and Safety
Every appointment starts with a health review covering your history, medications and supplements, allergies, and anything that has gone wrong during a previous IV.
Not everybody is a candidate. Pregnancy, dialysis, certain heart and kidney conditions, and some medications all change whether an infusion is appropriate, and some rule it out. If that is the case you will be told before you have paid anything.
If something looks acute or is getting worse, the right answer is urgent care or an emergency department. Our team spent their careers making that call and they will make it here too.

Who Administers It
Paramedics and nurses, most with well over a decade in the field, working under the medical direction of Daniel Dawson, DO, an emergency medicine trained physician working in a West Valley emergency department.
If you have been told you are a hard stick, mention it when you book. Difficult access is the thing this team has the most practice at, and knowing in advance means it gets planned for.
Price
Pricing for this drip is being confirmed. Call or text 623-300-6302 for the current figure. A $50 after hours fee applies between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
15% off for military, first responders, and teachers. Group discounts start at four IVs, rising to 15 percent at seven and 20 percent at ten or more.
If You Have Never Had an IV
A small catheter goes into a vein, usually in the arm or the back of the hand, and the needle comes out once it is placed. What stays behind is soft plastic, which is why you can bend your arm and use your phone.
Cold running up the arm is normal, since the fluid is room temperature and your blood is not. Some of the B vitamins produce a taste people notice in the first minute or two. None of that is a problem, and whoever is treating you will tell you before it happens rather than after.
Afterward there is nothing to recover from. You can drive, work, train, or go back to bed.

Questions
Does this treat migraines?
No. It is a wellness infusion, not a treatment for migraine as a diagnosed condition. If a doctor manages yours, this does not replace that.
How much does it cost?
The current site shows two different figures and we are not publishing either until one is settled.
Can I get something for the pain?
Support add-ons for pain and nausea are available with provider approval, and they are commonly requested with this drip.
Why does it take longer?
The magnesium runs at a controlled rate. Faster is uncomfortable rather than dangerous, and there is no benefit to rushing it.
Should I get it at home?
Plenty of people do, and it is a sensible choice when driving with a bad head is the alternative.
When should I go to the ER instead?
The worst headache of your life, or one with vision changes, weakness, confusion, or a stiff neck. Go now.

What Happens After
Nothing to clean up. The line comes out, everything packs out with whoever treated you, and your day carries on. There is no observation period for a standard infusion, though we will ask you to sit for a couple of minutes if it is your first with us.
Drink water afterward, eat something if you have not, and if anything feels off in the hours following, call the number you booked on. Somebody answers, including at three in the morning.
Groups and Events
More than one person at the same address works well and is a large share of what we do. Bachelorette weekends, wedding mornings, birthdays, office groups, and households where something has gone through everybody.
Give us an honest headcount when you book, because it sets the staffing and the length of the visit. Discounts start at four IVs, and everybody in the group can pick a different drip.

Book It
Book online any time, or call and text if you would rather describe what is going on first. If a different drip suits you better, we will say so, and it is frequently the cheaper one.
