Groups and Events
One of our team comes to your address and works through the group. Bachelorette weekends, wedding mornings, birthdays, girls nights, and corporate events across the Phoenix metro.
Discounts start at four IVs and everyone can pick a different drip. For larger outdoor events we also have a climate controlled trailer, which is a different service.
Group Discounts
- 4 to 6 IVs, 10 percent off
- 7 to 10 IVs, 15 percent off
- 10 or more IVs, 20 percent off
Discounts apply to bookings at a single address. Everyone chooses their own drip, so the group does not have to agree on one thing, which is usually a relief.

Bachelorette Weekends and Old Town
This is the bulk of our group work, and Scottsdale is where most of it happens. The pattern is predictable enough that we plan around it: a big Saturday night in Old Town, and a group of eight who need to function by eleven on Sunday.
The practical advice is to book the night before. On the morning you actually want this, nobody in the house is in a state to organize logistics, and weekend slots fill first.
One booking with an honest headcount beats eight people booking separately. Give us the address, the number of people, and roughly when you want to start.
Wedding Mornings
Two versions of this booking. The morning after, which is the recovery version, and the morning of, which is the version people book once they have thought about it.
For a wedding morning, earlier is better. There is a great deal happening in that room and an infusion is easier at eight than at eleven with a photographer waiting and hair half done.
Send us the venue or hotel, the room, and any access instructions. Getting into a wedding suite through a front desk that has not been told is the most common delay.

Corporate and Office Groups
Employee appreciation days, wellness perks during a heavy quarter, and teams that have been working long stretches. We come to the office and work through people in small groups without anybody losing an afternoon.
Billing runs as one company invoice or individually per person. Tell us which when you book, since sorting it afterward is considerably more annoying than sorting it first.
For larger companies or an all day setup, the trailer is usually the better answer.
Birthdays, Girls Nights, and Private Gatherings
Smaller groups at a house or a rental, where the drip is part of the day rather than the reason for it. These are usually four to six people and they are among the easiest bookings we do.
Everybody completes their own health review beforehand. That is not something the host can do on their behalf, and it is the most common reason a group visit starts late.

What We Need From the Organizer
The address and any access details, which matters more than people expect. Gate codes, front desk instructions, unit or room numbers, and where to park.
An accurate headcount, a rough start time, and confirmation that everyone will complete their health review before we arrive.
Somewhere for people to sit. Chairs, couches, beds, or a combination. Not a pool deck in full sun, which does not work for a session.
How the Morning Actually Runs
Whoever comes out sets up in one spot and works through the group. Each person is 30 to 45 minutes, so plan on that rather than expecting eight people to be done in an hour. Larger groups get more than one person out.
Nobody needs to sit in a row waiting their turn. Most groups carry on with whatever they are doing and get called over, which works far better than lining everybody up.
If somebody changes their mind on the day, that is fine and it happens. Nobody is going to be pressured into an infusion they have decided against.
Screening at a Group Booking
Every person is screened individually, the same as a single appointment. Not everybody will be a candidate, and occasionally that means telling somebody no in front of their friends.
That happens, and it will keep happening. Our team spent their careers making that call and a group booking does not change the standard.

Timing Around Phoenix Weekends
Weekend mornings between roughly eight and noon are our busiest window of the week, and Scottsdale and Old Town account for most of it. If your event is on a Saturday or Sunday in season, book earlier than feels necessary.
Weekday bookings are considerably easier to schedule and often get you a better time slot. Corporate groups tend to have that flexibility even when party groups do not.
Spring is the busiest stretch overall. Spring training, golf season, wedding season, and pleasant weather all land in the same months and every one of them generates group bookings.
What It Costs
Each person pays for their own drip from the standard menu, with the group discount applied to the booking. Drips run $140 to $300, so a group of six on mid-range drips lands somewhere around $900 to $1,000 before the discount.
There is no separate group fee, no setup charge, and no call-out charge inside our service area. A $50 after hours fee applies between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Questions About Group Bookings
How many people do I need for a discount?
Four. Ten percent from four to six IVs, 15 percent from seven to ten, and 20 percent at ten or more.
Can you come to a hotel or Airbnb?
Yes, and that is most of our group work. Send the property, the room or unit, and any access instructions.
Can everyone get a different drip?
Yes. The group does not need to agree on one thing.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can for a weekend, particularly in Scottsdale. If you already know the date, book it and adjust the headcount later.
Can we get one invoice?
Yes. Tell us at booking whether you want one invoice or individual billing.
What if it is a bigger event?
Past a certain size the trailer is the better answer, and it treats six at a time in air conditioning. Ask and we will tell you which fits.
Booking for Somebody Else
Common with bachelorette weekends, where one person organizes everything. You can arrange and pay for a group, and each person still completes their own health review and consents for themselves.
That is not us being difficult about paperwork. Nobody can consent to a medical service on somebody else’s behalf, and the review is where a contraindication gets caught.
Send the group a link when you book and it takes each person two minutes. Chasing five people for it on the morning takes considerably longer.

Book Your Group
Send us the date, the address, and a headcount. If the trailer suits your event better, we will tell you that instead.
