Our Mobile IV Hydration Trailer

We bring a climate controlled trailer to your event and treat up to six people at a time inside it. Not a folding table under a canopy in a hundred and ten degrees. An actual air conditioned space with proper seating, staffed by paramedics and nurses.

Nobody else in the Valley has one. It is the reason tournaments, corporate wellness days, and festivals call us specifically.

What It Is

A Forest River Wildwood 2104S, fitted out for IV therapy and fully climate controlled. Six people can be treated at once inside it, seated and out of the sun.

It arrives with everything needed, including supplies, fluids, and licensed medical staff. What it needs from your venue is somewhere to park it and access to power, both of which we work through with you before the day.

Every guest is screened before treatment, the same health review we do for a house call, and all services are provided by licensed medical professionals under medical direction.

Why a Trailer Beats a Tent in Phoenix

Anyone who has run an outdoor event here in summer knows the problem. A shade canopy drops the temperature a few degrees and does nothing about the humidity of a monsoon afternoon. Somebody who is already heat affected does not recover well sitting in ninety-five degrees.

An air conditioned space changes that entirely. Guests get out of the heat, sit properly, and the staff can actually assess somebody rather than working over a folding table with wind in the tubing.

It also looks like something. A branded trailer on site reads as a professional operation, which matters when it is your event and your guests.

Corporate Wellness Days

This is what the trailer does best. Park it at your office for a morning or a full day and your team cycles through in small groups without leaving the building or losing an afternoon.

It works as an employee appreciation day, a benefit at an offsite, a recovery station at a company event, or a wellness perk during a heavy quarter. We handle the setup, the screening, and the staffing, and each employee books their own drip on the day.

Billing can run as one company invoice or individually per employee. Tell us which when you request, because sorting it afterward is considerably more annoying than sorting it first.

Sports Tournaments

Youth and adult tournaments in a Phoenix summer are exactly the situation this exists for. Multiple games a day, heat, and a schedule that does not pause for anybody who goes down.

We park on site for the duration and handle athletes, coaches, and parents through the day. Heat related hydration support is the most common reason we get called to these, and having a cool space to put somebody in is half the value before an IV is even started.

Same applies to rodeos, 5Ks, triathlons, obstacle races, and outdoor festivals. Anything with a crowd, a schedule, and Arizona sun..

Job Sites and Trade Crews

Construction crews, roofers, landscapers, and anybody else working outdoors through the summer. Heat exposure is cumulative, and a crew that is behind on fluids in June is further behind by August.

We can bring the trailer to a site for a scheduled visit, which is easier on a foreman than sending people off site one at a time.

Private Events

Bachelor and bachelorette weekends, pool parties, milestone birthdays, and private gatherings where the headcount is large enough that a nurse working through a house one at a time would take all day.

For smaller groups at a home or a rental, our standard group service is usually the better fit and costs less.

Community and Sponsorship Events

The trailer also turns up at community events, and that is partly a business decision and partly not. We sponsor Phoenix Rising, and a hydration station at a community event does more for local recognition than any advertising we could buy.

If you are running something local and want to talk about the trailer being there, ask. The answer depends on the date and what else is booked, and it is a conversation worth having

How it Works

01

Request the trailer

Send the form below with your event type, location, expected headcount, and preferred date and time. Earlier is better, since there is one trailer and event season fills up.

02

We plan the setup together

We go through access, parking, power, staffing levels, and which services you want available. This is the conversation that prevents problems on the day.

03

We arrive on site

Trailer, supplies, and licensed medical staff. We set up before your guests need us rather than while they are waiting.

04

Guests are treated in comfort

Each guest completes a health review, gets screened, and receives their infusion inside the air conditioned trailer.

Planning Around a Phoenix Summer

If your event is between May and September, the trailer is worth booking earlier than you think. Those months are when demand concentrates and there is one trailer.

It is also worth thinking about placement. Parking it close to where people actually are, rather than at the far end of a lot, makes a large difference to how many guests use it. We will walk through that with you.

For all day outdoor events, the trailer doubles as a cooling space, and plenty of organizers value that as much as the infusions. Somebody who is heat affected needs somewhere to sit down in air conditioning before anything else happens.

What Guests Should Expect

Each guest completes the same health review we use for a house call, gets screened, and is treated inside the trailer. Most infusions run 30 to 45 minutes, so plan on that per person rather than a queue moving in ten minute intervals.

Not everybody is a candidate, and our staff will decline where an infusion is not appropriate. At an event that occasionally means telling somebody no in front of their colleagues, and it still happens.

Who We Work With

Event planners, tournament directors, HR and office managers, race organizers, general contractors, and people throwing something big enough that they have started thinking about logistics.

What most of them want to know first is whether we have done their kind of event before, what we need from the venue, and whether we can produce a certificate of insurance. The answer to the last one matters more than people expect, since plenty of venues will not let a vendor on site without it.

If you are comparing us to hiring a first aid tent or a medic on standby, they are different things. A medic on standby handles incidents. The trailer is a service your guests use because they want to, and it happens to be staffed by people who could also handle an incident.

Heat Safety at Outdoor Events

Anybody organising outdoors in a Phoenix summer already knows heat is the risk that ends events. What is less obvious is that the most useful thing on site is often not the IV at all. It is a cold place to sit.

The trailer gives you that. Somebody who has been in the sun for six hours gets out of it, cools down, and gets assessed by someone who has done this professionally. Whether they end up needing fluids is a separate question, and often they do not.

None of that is a substitute for emergency services. If somebody at your event is in real trouble, that is a 911 call, and our staff will make it rather than treat around it.

Pricing

Trailer bookings are quoted rather than listed, because the price depends on your headcount, the length of the booking, the location, and how many staff it needs.

Send the form or call and we will give you a real number rather than a range. Group discount tiers apply, starting at four IVs.

Booking the Trailer Alongside Standard Service

For larger events, some organizers book the trailer for the main window and a separate team for setup crew or VIP areas. That works and it is worth raising when you request, since it changes the staffing plan.

For smaller gatherings, a team member coming to the house without the trailer is usually the better and cheaper answer. We will tell you which one your event actually needs rather than pushing the bigger option.

Trailer Questions

  • How many people can it treat?

Six at a time inside the trailer, and considerably more across a booking depending on the length and the staffing.

  • What does it cost?

Quoted per event. Send the form with your headcount and date and we will give you a real figure.

  • What do you need from our venue?

Somewhere to park it and access to power. We confirm both with you before the day rather than discovering a problem on arrival.

  • How far will you travel?

Across the Phoenix metro and West Valley as standard. Further out, ask, and we will tell you honestly.

  • How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. There is one trailer and event season books out.

  • Can guests pick their own drip?

Yes. The full menu is available and each guest is screened individually.
